Four Manchester City players could face each other today as Brazil play Argentina in a friendly later.
Gabriel Jesus and Ederson are among the Brazil squad, while Nicolas Otamendi and Sergio Aguero are in the frame to feature for Argentina.
Discussing the fixture, striker Jesus told Sky Sports: “I talked to Otamendi, I was joking with him – I said if he bumped me, I would give it back! When we are together in the club, we all swim in the same direction. Now I defend my country, and they [defend] their own country. Let them do their best, but there is rivalry.”
In other international fixtures, midfielder Rodri could play for Spain at home to Malta. Bernardo Silva scored for Portugal last night against Lithuania, and John Stones played the full 90 minutes for England against Montenegro.
